Blocking Reactor
Blocking Reactor sometimes is also called as Detuned Filter or Low Pass Filter. The
main function of this blocking reactor is to protect the capacitor unit from
being exploit by the excessive level of power harmonic in the electrical network.
Blocking Reactor is commonly
available at 6%, 7% and 13%. Other ranges like 5%, 14% and etc are available on
request. However, we are only concentrate on 7%.
The selection for 7% Blocking Reactor
against Capacitor are as per following table.
